Our Goal

We empower young people to seize opportunities, monatize their passions and take control of their future, all while enjoying the journey. Guided by our philosophy- Believe, Experiment, Excel- we equip young people with knowledge, tools, and confidence to transform their ideas into impactful actions and thriving businesses.
What we offer
- Hybrid in-person and on-line sessions that enable current or prospective entrepreneurs to accomplish extraordinary things under the guidance of mentors, amongst like-minded young people.
- Practically develop products/services for the right people, at the right price, at the right time and in the right place.
- Opportunities to serve the community and earn community service hours which can strengthen your CV and enable you to meet the criteria for local and international university applications.

Empowering the Next Generation of Young Entrepreneurs
At SkillSmart4U Learning Academy, we are a team of passionate young people and seasoned experts with over 25 years of experience in empowering and guiding young minds and adults to reach their fullest potential and achieve their goals. Our mission is to transform the lives of young people, through training and mentorship, by equipping them with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills that are applied in a practical manner, fostering financial independence and the self-belief they need to successfully shape their future and transform communities.
Our Unique Approach
We use inclusive entrepreneurship to bring together young people from different backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. This creates a diverse and inclusive learning environment where everyone can understand and work with each other. By doing this, we build a sense of community and shared goals, empowering all young people to make positive contributions to society.
Our Program
PEAK comprises of three Milestones (Training & Pitch event, Planning & Participation in the Marketplace, Planning & Participation in a small Community Project), with 10 modules over 24 weeks. The 10 modules involve 2 hours In-Person or online sessions once a week, and 1-hour online Check-In session (voluntary participation) midweek. The training and mentorship program focuses on the following:
- Apply business and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in a practical manner.
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Turn passion into innovative monetizable products or services that generates a profit.
- Develop leadership skills with the confidence for public speaking and presentation.
- Develop a confident and professional image.
- Develop team building and team working skills.
- Develop and present a minimum viable product and business plan at Pitch Evening.
- Market and sell products or services on Market Day.
- Donate a percentage of the profits from Market Day to participate and support community and environmental projects that positively impacts the world.
- Receive community service hours to boost your CV and application to universities.

SkillSmart4U Learning Academy collaborates and partners with private schools such as Courtney House International, Bramley Children's Home and private higher education institutions such as Open Windows Institute to facilitate inclusive entrepreneurship. Learners from Courtney House International School and Bramley Children's Home are trained and mentored together on PEAK. The Open Windows Institute provides mentorship and guides learners especially from the less privileged backgrounds to develop monetizable products.
