Noor Ally
Founder & CEO
Noor leads SkillSmart4U with a belief that young people should begin developing confidence, leadership and practical experience long before entering the workplace. Her academic journey spans Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Business Management, alongside recognition through the Dean’s List, Vice President’s List and Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. Her vision is to help young people bridge the experience gap and navigate an evolving world of work with confidence and adaptability.

Floyd Morapedi Manotoana
Founder, Floyd Avenue Apparel
A South African fashion designer whose work brings together refined tailoring, cultural identity, sustainability and contemporary African design. Winner of the SAFW 2015 Scouting Menswear Competition, Floyd offers participants insight into developing a distinctive creative identity while balancing craftsmanship, commercial thinking and responsible production.
Shaun Wilkinson
Distinguished Toastmaster & Communicator
A skilled public speaker, community leader and Distinguished Toastmaster, Shaun brings experience in communication, leadership and personal development. His mentorship supports participants in strengthening their confidence, presenting ideas effectively and developing the communication skills needed to influence, collaborate and lead.
